I’m Katie Koepsell, a Wisconsin-licensed and ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist and the owner of Seeds Pediatric Speech Therapy, LLC. With nearly 20 years of experience working with children and families, primarily in preschool through middle school settings, I bring a wealth of clinical experience and a genuine passion for helping children find their voices. I specialize in articulation and phonology, expressive and receptive language, social communication, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). My work is grounded in the belief that children thrive when they feel supported, understood, and celebrated. I value collaboration with families, educators, and other professionals and strive to help every child become a more confident and successful communicator.

Starting my own private practice has been a long-time dream, and I feel incredibly fortunate to make that dream a reality. What I love most about private practice is the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with children and their families—to truly get to know each child, celebrate their successes, and partner with families throughout their journey. I believe speech therapy should be engaging, individualized, and rooted in each child's strengths and interests. My goal is to create a warm and supportive environment where children feel comfortable being themselves, confident in their abilities, and excited to communicate. Outside of my work, I am a daughter, sister, wife, mother of two teenagers, and friend. My people are the light of my life, and the relationships I have with them have shaped who I am and the way I connect with the families I have the privilege of serving.
